Our Story
Founded in 2003, SD Prototypes Manufacturing Solutions Inc. began by providing consulting and manufacturing assistance to other companies. In January 2005, we transitioned into a full-fledged machine shop, starting with just one older Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) machine. By the end of our first year, we had expanded to a larger facility and added two new Wire EDM machines. Over the years, we have continued to grow, incorporating additional processes such as vertical machining, turning, and surface grinding.
